Non-Account Activity: you can carry out the following activities
on Sazell without having an account:
Search and View Snapshots, view profiles of Sazell users,
Create Widgets, Install Snapmark, Add Sazell to your website,
Search Sazell users, Invite friends to Sazell, Leave feedback,
and Contact us about your queries.
Account Activity: When you register, we will ask you
for your username, email address, password and the country you reside in.
This allows us to protect your account from unauthorized access
and also produce statistics for internal use only.
You will need to register with Sazell to carry out the following activities:
Create snapshots, edit and delete snapshots you have created,
access history, create profile, add snapshots to favorites,
subscribe to other members of Sazell, add or delete comments
to snapshots, flag snapshots and comments, add or manage your
account details and all other non account activity as described above.
Usage Information: We may record information about your usage,
such as when you use Sazell, the users you subscribe to, the snapshots
you view, as well as information you display or click on in Sazell.
If you are logged in, we may log that information with your account.
Content Uploaded to Site: Any personal information or
content that you voluntarily disclose online becomes publicly available
and can be collected and used by others.
Usage of Personal Information
If you submit personally identifiable information to us through
Sazell, we use your personal information to operate, maintain and
provide to you the general and personalised features of
Sazell and to process any flagging activity or correspondence you send to us.
Your account name (username) is displayed to other users when you
create snapshots. Any snapshots that you create on Sazell may be redistributed
through the Internet and other media channels and may be viewed by the general
public, unless you specify them as private.
We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable
information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent
or except as part of a specific programme or feature for which you will
have the ability to opt in or opt out. We may, however, use your email
address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative
purposes (such as notifying you of changes or for customer service purposes).
We use both your personally identifiable information and certain
non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage
data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, etc.) to improve the quality
and design of Sazell and to create new features, promotions, functionality
and services by storing, tracking, analysing and processing user preferences
and trends, as well as user activity and communications.
We use a technology called "cookies" to store information so that you
will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit
Sazell and track patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. A cookie is
an element of data that our Website sends to your browser which is then
stored on your system. You can set your browser to prevent this happening.

third party for commercial reasons.
We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you
specifically knowingly provide it. In order to maintain the accuracy of

clicking the unsubscribe link which is present in every email we will send to you.

Publicly Available Information
When you create an account on the site, some information regarding
your account and your account activity will be provided to other Users of
the site. This will include your profile image (if you uploaded one) the
date you opened your account, the date you last logged in to your account,
your country, the publicly available snapshots you have created (which are
not marked private), your favourite snapshots and your subscribers.
Your account name is displayed to other Users when you engage in certain
activity on the site, such as creating snapshots or leaving comments. Other
Users can contact you via comments. We will never disclose your email address
under any circumstances.
Any snapshots that you create on Sazell may be redistributed through the
Internet and other media channels and may be viewed by the general public,
unless you specify them as private.
If you decline to submit personally identifiable information to Sazell
you can still view snapshots and explore Sazell, but Sazell may not be able
to provide certain services to you.
You can access all the snapshots you have viewed on Sazell under your "History"
page and you may clear your viewing history at any time through the
"Clear All History" option. This page can only be viewed by you and we will
not grant acess for this information to any third party under any circumstances.
The details you provide when using the "Invite Friends" features namely your
Email address and the password associated with it will never be saved on our
systems or used for any other purpose than sending invites to your contacts.
Sales Transactions (APPLIES TO SALES ONLY)
All financial transactions to complete orders are handled via PayPal.com,
which will ask you for further information to complete the transaction.
We do not hold or use any information you provide to PayPal.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Sazell may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion.
Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at
the time such information is used. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy,
we will update the policy on this page and update the revised date at the top.
Conditions of Use
If you decide to visit Sazell website, your visit and any possible
